Our Story
A&A Professional Services of New Richmond was created by Arnie and Antoinette (Tonie) Anderson, who understand firsthand how important compassionate and dependable caregivers are for adults with disabilities.
Through their experience raising a son with disabilities, Arnie and Tonie saw how much trust families place in the people who provide daily support. They also recognized how meaningful it is when caregivers treat individuals with patience, dignity, and genuine respect.
That experience inspired them to create A&A Professional Services with a simple goal: to build a dependable circle of caregivers who families can trust and who support individuals in living safe, meaningful, and dignified lives.
A&A Professional Services of New Richmond was founded on a simple belief: adults with disabilities deserve caregivers who show up with compassion, integrity, and unwavering respect. We build a circle of trustworthy caregivers—especially for those who cannot advocate for themselves—where dignity, safety, respect, trust, and honesty are non-negotiable. Through thoughtful caregiver selection and strong professional standards, we ensure every individual is seen, heard, valued, and protected.

A&A Professional Services provides supportive home care for adults with disabilities, focused on dignity, safety, and meaningful daily living. Our caregivers assist individuals with everyday routines while encouraging connection, comfort, and stability.
Daily Living Support
Assistance with everyday routines and activities that help individuals maintain comfort and stability in their daily lives
Companionship
Providing conversation, engagement, and supportive presence to help individuals feel connected and valued.
Community Participation
Supporting individuals in participating in hobbies, recreation, and activities in their community.
Household Support
Helping maintain a comfortable home environment through tasks such as light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Safety and Supervision
Providing attentive support to help maintain a safe and supportive living environment.
Support needs vary for every individual. Services are provided based on each person’s care plan and personal goals.

Caregiver Responsibilities
Caregivers may assist individuals with daily living activities such as:
• daily living routines
• companionship and social interaction
• participation in community activities
• meal preparation
• maintaining a safe and supportive environment
What to Expect as a Caregiver
New caregivers begin by shadowing an experienced team member to learn the individual’s routines and support needs.
Our goal is to help caregivers feel confident and prepared before working independently.
Paid training, guidance, and ongoing support are provided so caregivers can succeed in their role. Eligible caregivers may begin earning paid time off after an initial employment period, in accordance with agency policy.
